What's Murphy doing in my rear view mirror?

The next day found us in Ogden buying food and miscellaneous gear for Sun Valley.  I was feeling pretty good as we drove through the corner of Utah and finally into Idaho.  Two exits before Twin Falls, I pass by two cop cars that were pulling onto the road after giving a ticket.  BAM!!!  Cop lights are flashing, Ashley is calling my cell phone...HOLLY SMOKES, literally!  As I'm looking for my insurance and registration the cop says to me, "sir, I think there is a problem with your trailer."  Are you kidding me???  The right axle BROKE, causing the old wheel that I didn't replace to bend in, rub and melt against the side of the trailer, causing a ton of smoke which is what caught the cop's and Ashley's attention.

UGH!  So the cops let me use their jack to attempt to straighten it and use some tie downs to give it some support.  Ashley, refusing to bow down to the evil laws of Murphy, talked to her mom who suggested finding a storage facility to drop the bike and trailer off in Twin and continue to Sun Valley since it was late.  Ashley got a hold of Kamilee at Magic Valley storage who was kind enough to open up for us when we got in.  With her help we backed the trailer and Harley into a unit, locked it up, and took off for Sun Valley.

The next morning I sent Kamilee a picture of locked up trailer to show her husband who could possibly weld it.   After confirming he could, I drove backto Twin Falls (1hr30min) after rehearsals.  I hooked up the trailer, drove to the next row andbacked it into Wayne's storage unit/garage .  From there he jacked up the axle straight, and welded it on the spot.  A HUGE shout out to Wayne and Kamilee
