The apology letter of Ann Endres, Skating Director for The City of Birmingham, Michigan

For Immediate Release

On October 22, 2013 a lawsuit was filed against Ann Endres by Dan Hollander and Marcia Little alleging defamation and interference with a contractual relationship or expectancy. On October 30th, 2014 a settlement was reached for a non-disclosed amount of money to be paid to Dan and Marcia, and an apology letter by Ann Endres to be disseminated.
