An Evening with Scott Hamilton & Friends - November 6th, 2010
An Evening with Scott Hamilton & Friends
On November 6, 2010, The Scott Hamilton CARES Initiative will host its 11th Annual "An Evening with Scott Hamilton and Friends", Cleveland’s premier and most elegant celebrity event. The event will combine outstanding figure skating talent accompanied by a live musical guest.
This year, Scott Hamilton has not only lined up dozens of his Olympic and World skating champion friends to show off their talents, he has also arranged for this year’s live musical talent to be Grammy award-winning recording artist Vince Gill. Mr. Gill has sold more than 26 million albums and in August of 2007 was inducted as the newest member of the coveted Country Music Hall of Fame.
Following the ice show, gala guests are escorted to the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel for a black-tie evening featuring gourmet dining and dancing to live music.
The goal for this event is to raise funds for The Scott Hamilton CARES Initiative at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute and to address Scott’s biggest concerns: cancer education, research, and survivorship.
