Ice Dreams day 1

Believe it or not this gig is going to be a tough one! Opening and closing is choreographed by Denis Petukhov and Melissa Gregory who are really good. Today we started out with a few pictures with the kids. As you can see with the group shot all the kids dug me because I was totally eye level to them all!  Then during this picture Rachael Flatt showed up with Alexe Giles.  Yep, the kids FREAKED out and got very antsy for the picture to be over.  Once the group shot was done, the kids grabbed their markers and t-shirts and accosted them for their autograph.  Rockne and Keanu were signing away along with Dorothy Hamil.  After a good dinner, Denis and Melissa ran the off ice rehearsal to teach us opening and closing.  We only have two hours tomorrow on the ice.  Uhm...yeah, well...like I said in the video title...this white boy can skate and jump, but dance?  yeah, not so much....who the heck knows what's going to happen tomorrow!
