The princess and the blade (pea)

I like the matrix blades...they just look cool. The new version came out and I bought those with a new pair of boots. For 6 months I have struggled with these blades feeling that they just aren't right. I finally called Brian Sports to tell them I'm coming in, they aren't the same and need to figure this out.

For the last two days I have skated in my old skates and blades and oh yeah, they are different. I find out today that the plant manager, after talking to Joe from Brian Sports, went to the back and found 2 sizes had a few blades that got through quality control! They made the decision to throw out the entire run and my replacement blades are on the way.

Most skaters wouldn't have known, but they lucked out to get me...uhm but not lucky for me. Oh well, thanks for making it right Brian Sports. I get that mistakes happen, but it's what you do after the fact that matters.
