Santa's Back

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! And of course we all know what that means...Hanukah Harry is back! So I collect my Santa outfit, put on the firework rig onto the bottom of the skates, and away we go. The flight out during Thanksgiving wasn’t terrible. I can definately tell the difference fllying this year oppose to last. Less over all people, but of course the airlines want to save money so that means less flights, but more people on them. David Kirby picked me up, and off to their house for a great turkey dinner. The only new and exciting thing from last year is his daughter is married and pregnant...a HUGE congratulations to them! However, that means Santa doesn’t get a wife this year, which I’m really ok with because it is a GREAT reason!

This weekend we have David and Jamie as the guest skaters. Now, for this gig, there are ice show tryouts for local skaters to try for a solo for one of the weekends. The zamboni guys decided to put together a fun number and not tell David about it. So all of a sudden they all come out...imagine some pretty big dudes, rough looking guys, in blow up big chick outfits, makeup, wigs, skating to the nutcracker! OH MY GOSH they are soooo funny!

I get my gear ready and head down to the rink. Video as follows, complete with the sugar faeries routine (who are probably going to kick my butt for calling them that!)
